His résumé spans Turner Broadcasting and CNN's digital infrastructure, an international disaster recovery initiative at DHL Globalmail, and field deployments across the British Virgin Islands, the UK, and Japan. He holds a US patent for his work on Narrow Band Traffic Control Units (US 20200059826). Along the way he's navigated payment gateways, PCI and HIPAA compliance, enterprise cloud migrations, and the full stack of problems that emerge when systems absolutely cannot go down.
